Description
The Gallery space has comfortable seating and is situated well for tabling events as it is within the Library of the Health Sciences lobby. It is the first space seen to the right upon entry.
The Cafe space faces the south and west walls. Cafeteria-style that can be arranged to suit.
Both of these spaces have no integrated audio visual capabilities. The library does have a mobile AV unit that can be requested.
The space can accommodate 30 seated or 50 standing.
Dining policy for all spaces:
If food is consumed in the space, please clean up after your group and dispose of the contents in the garbage bins provided for you. Please be aware that a separate eating area or extra clean up may be arranged, depending on the number of participants and space needs of your event. If your dining needs change after event approval, please let us know before your event. Please contact us as early as possible for the room reservation request to allow us enough time to arrange clean-up work.
Not complying with dining policy or not contacting regarding changes to dining plans may result in a cancelled reservation or inability to make future reservations.
To make your request, please select the time, including set up and tear down, that you are interested in using our space. Once you have selected times, you will be directed to a form asking for additional information. A library administrator will then contact you to follow up.

Directions
The Gallery is casual seating space immediately to the right, upon entry to the library, located in the lobby. The Cafe is the tiled space beyond the Gallery further right that encompasses the windows overlooking the front stairs, continuing to the east wall with a view to the Polk Street CTA station.
