Description
The Little Sparks Family Study Space (Room B4) is a designated space for UIC parents/guardians to use for studying when accompanied by their children. The Little Sparks Family Study Space is available during library hours and individuals who are accompanied by children have priority use of the space. More than one parent/guardian and child/children may use the room simultaneously as long as the room capacity of eight is not exceeded.
This room offers:
- An enclosed space for parents/guardians to study with their children present
- A child-sized table, chairs, and lounger
- An assortment of children's books
- Toys for various ages, from infant through early elementary
Childcare is not provided
An adult 18 years or older must accompany children aged 13 and under at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior. For more information, please see the Library's Code of Conduct.
